I am very curious about your last liver flush...did you post the full details (detail-lover here!) on the Flush forum? What day of your mammoth fast did you do it on? Brown sludge? Brown stones? hmmmmm...sounds fascinating. Was it dark dark greeny/brown or??? I've just never heard of someone doing 2 Liver Flushes while on a major master cleanse. I'm sure lots of people would like to read your post on that. Also, how much psyllium do you think you're using every day? And have the bm's you've been having totally changed since the beginning? Is the stuff you're getting out now much different from the beginning? ha...I am sooooo curious! (I know I'm a little fixated on what I can 'see' here...)
