Hiya Whitebeach,
CE = Coffee Enemas?
What are CFSs?
This link might give you useful information:

Next, it might not be the production of bile which is your problem. However, it definitely sounds like liver. Have you been tested for Hepatitis recently? The A type is temporary and acquired via dirty or infected food, and makes you feel sick, nauseous, generally really ill, and can cause inflammation of the liver (been there, will never forget). I recommend that you do not drink alcohol until this is sorted out!
To get more bile, you can do it by encouraging your own production (best):
Dandelion tea or coffee, root and possibly leaves
Turmeric powder added to food
Beet root and leaves
To ingest bile, you can take oxbile supplements. I'd recommend you do more research before trying this, as oxbile can affect your body strongly.
If you try these methods, it's best to record everything (food & drinks consumed, timing, remedy tried, timing, and results) and start conservatively.
I think the strongest possibility is that you are trying to detox hepatic tissue, but the toxins are causing trouble because they are being released into clogged biliary tubes. If you are taking a product with silymarin (from milk thistle), some people have reported painful results and inflammation. You could try abstaining this for awhile. Also, you could have some sort of sensitivity to something in the product you mentioned. These things seem to sort themselves out after sufficient Liver Flushes - a minimum of 12, with increasing tolerance (to silymarin or sensitivities) from about that point on. A bad reaction to silymarin seems to indicate that there are still too many hepatic stones blocking the exit route to start doing tissue cleansing (which is what silymarin does), but when the biliary tubes are clearer, it's definitely a good idea.
Eating a lot of apples (several a day) could help soften stones and allow some to escape on their own, between liver flushes. Apple pectin and apple malic acid seem to be helpful as a mild aid to liver health.
You could also consider doing a series of short Master Cleanses to reduce the overall presence of toxins in your entire body - but watch your liver's reaction carefully.
You might consider going to the doctor for liver tests. It might be something you haven't even thought of. Of course, if the doctor recommends a medicine, it's up to you if you want to take the pharmaceutical form or look for a more natural alternative with a similar action.
More information here would be helpful, in case someone has experienced the same symptoms.
Good luck! Let us know how it turns out.
