All I can say, is 'way to go'! Thanks for sharing all of what you are doing. I am really impressed that you are getting so much stuff out. It is evident that all of the combinations of what you are, and have been doing (and the fact that it is the new moon at this time...) is working for you. I'll have to apply some of your protocol.

I couldn't say about the mucoid plaque, all I ever see is a piece or two, that measures maybe 5", and it does look ropey, though it is such a small piece. Mine have all been very black without the 'film'. And I wouldn't be able to say which side is against the intestinal wall.

ACV? I use the same kind but not consistently, as you appear to be doing, and I need to change that. I stopped doing a lot of the ACV when my LF-ing gave me such good results, and relieved my digestive crisis. You mentioned about using ACV for sinus, with the 24oz of warm H2O, and honey? Well, I kinda think too it is affecting your colon and parasite cleansing... That's nearly a quart of water, in one shot. Now if I did that, I'd be sliding to the bathroom! But I guess that's the point.


I need to make some changes. I'm nearly ready to finish up my 30 days of humaworm on Tuesday. I've been using the IF 1 and 2. I don't have the means to take and show pics, but I also got rid of a ton of critters. Theres' been some mucoid, but definitely not the amount you are describing.
