So, I just read more on the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar. The following is from bragg.com. I use Dr. Bragg's raw, organic, unfiltered ACV. I guess it must be providing a helpful benefit to my intestines, too! I just started using it last weekend.

And, ah, good, it helps with ph balance, too. I checked mine early in the week and found myself to be on the acidic side.
