Hi there...I've actually only done 2 fasts! (more to come, though) One in November and one in January. I *did* get my widest and longest 'ropes' out during my first fast. Then I stopped taking the b&p and started taking it at the end of Dec. again....at which time I got out some smaller stuff. In January I did a small 6 day fast with b&p and got out a fair amount (all in one day!) of mucoid plaque...but the stuff was never like the big and long stuff at the beginning in November. I had smaller, finer more detailed 'ropes'! (very strange looking) After that fast/cleanse in January I continued with the b&p and have been getting the odd piece out. Certainly nothing like the beginning. I'll continue with the b&p for a while...I'm very interested to see how long it will take and what will come next.
