Hi Mlstock! How many b&p drinks are you taking a day? I've noticed that everyone is different. Some people get mucoid plaque out with only 1 or 2 drinks a day...wow. I quickly got my drinks up to 4 a day (I didn't feel bloated, luckily) and started eliminating mucoid plaque on Day4. I was pretty amazed by that!

So, you're on Day9 and still no ropes? Is anything coming out? Are you doing the salt water flushes?....if yes, then they may be flushing the b&p out before they have a chance to do their stuff.

It's in there! Remember, though, that it's not imperative to be fasting to get the mucoid plaque out. I hope you get some soon!
