Also thats what I saw in my stool as well, little segments that are white cream. I am hoping someone else could shed some light on this as well.

Did you notice improved feeling of wellbeing after passing them? I have noticed when I suspect I am killing things, I will be in a bad mood, tired / pain eyes, feeling anti-social, tired body, and after I pass them it changes.

My wellbeing depends on bowl movements when killing things.
