Hi, Wuz!!!

I totally agree with you regarding their importance.

When I started to use my refractometer, test them, and only use the very best i could find, it made a huge difference. I was pretty much over the pain and stiffness already, but my strength, stamina, energy improved, as did my skin.

It is like we are on a treasure hunt, and fine food producing good health is the treasure!!!

So glad you are getting better!!!!
