Hi,

I am on day 6 of Master-Cleanse and I have not lost a pound. I followed the instruction without cheating but I am not losing any weight. I just feel bloated and constipated. I drink about a gallon of water between lemonade drinks. Salt water in the morning does not help at all to have BM. What am I doing wrong?? I am really discouraged.
Any Ideas???
