Hi wuz,

Your comment: The best thing you told me to do for my calf muscles and foot twitches was the cold pressed natural oils!

I was going to post my good resuslts on this and on the coconut oil for my dry skin, however, I do not have time to post on the coconut oil right now...will later today.

Both are giving me excellent results!

However, for jewelc, the natural oils have kept me from crying like a baby in public when these twitches would take hold of me!

Thanks ML for another healing of my many problems!
