seems like i dont get the effects like i used to the first day i ever tried it i was pissing like a race horse ripped to shreds very warm etc ..i was on 12.5 mg then now trapper has me on 8 drops SSKI daily and 50 mg iodral its like when i up the dose i feel good and then the next day dont feel as good i think i need to maybe up the selenium slowly as well...but how come i feel hypo symptoms and not hyper or warm hot feeling..like in the begining?...i heard there needs to be a correct balance of selenium with Iodine iodral...am i taking to much fill me in..will these things subside?
