This CZ site is awesome and highly addictive. Yep, I am done bringing up the subject unless somebody seeks me out and sits down ready to take a few notes. Thats the way I would have been a few years ago if someone would have brought it up.

I think I first learned about Iodine in Suzanne Sommers book. Wrote a few notes in the margin on that page and came back later. She hardly touched on it if I recall correctly.
