All,

I used to... some 20+ years ago.. be able to turn my head to the side.. and my neck would crack a bit...

For years.. this went away.. could not easily turn my head far enough to make it happen.. and if I forced it.. no cracking...?

In either case.. my neck is loosening a bit.. and am able to get a crack out of it on occasion.. eventually.. likely the cracking will go away... and the flexibility will return.

I general.. I feel more relaxed.

Minerals... they do a body good !
