 It's starting to bother me how stinky I am now.  I used to pride myself for having no body odor, and now I stink to high heaven!

Is that a good thing? I hope it's toxins leaving.

If I'm full of toxins how long can it last?

Some of it's from the kefir. It's coming out of my pores and I smell like old milk or stinky cheese:-(

I got some (bad) spray, Fabreeze, to spray the house and car, but it's probably adding to my toxins. The natural stuff stinks worse than me.

Anyone know good natural air fresheners or how to stop stinking?
