I have a horrible gag reflex and I've been wanting to start the "P&B" routine, but I just can't get down this stuff down. My question is would this be effective if I took 1tsp Bentonite and 1tsp psyllium daily (I weigh 110lbs) in form of capsules chased down with 8oz diluted orange juice. The reason I say orange juice is because I figure that the acid would help to break down the capsule's shell more quickly. Would this be worth doing or does anyone have some tricks to make the shake more palatable? thanks!
