Hi all.

Last night after a hot bath I had something strange happen. My head felt so dizzy and my heart was racing and could not catch my breath. I sat down on the bed to try to avoid passing out on the floor. I'm assuming this is what they called a "Healing Crisis". I decided to have a small serving of Watermelon but am now regretting breaking the fast.

Still, 10 days is not to bad. I'm going to press on further and begin a 30 day fast to see how far I can get with that one.

Today is day 1 of hopefully 30.
