Create a disaster so that the population will SEEK your solution.

That which requires disasters to create unpopular changes.

Herding the sheoples as one might say. If it kills a billion or so - so what - too many of em anyway.

And look October is now 2 weeks away.

But then there maybe a balancing energy as well... Hmm what could this be... or maybe me crazy
