This post is literally an answer to prayer!

It is exactly what I need to send to the young organic farmer who would not believe me when I told him pretty much the same thing.

After all, someone who wrote it all down is to be believed over a fat ol' lady who almost miraculously has recovered her health and looks, right??? [NOT!!!}
