I never had a moment of digestive problems. What I ate, drank etc. was just right for me at the time. I have done ten years of fasting, and have a fair idea how to proceed with the break.

Late day 3 I started to recover energy, and cleaned my house on day 4, though I had to stop between chores.

I hope what you say is true, that I will reap long term benefits. This was a heck of a lot of work!
