 Ok Miss Uny 

 that was a  lot of info to process there but I get it ..

 I told my daughter about what all it would take to get better such as juice fasting ,possible colon cleansing ,hot cold fomentations, bf&c ,cayenne and garlic and such ..she agreed that she would do it (YAY) and do it all whatever it takes for her knee and scoliosis ..

she is military trained now so she says she has the discipline to do what it takes ..so we will see 

 just for poots and grins ..I am (get over this) gonna do this with her ..

she wants to know how much this is gonna cost her for everything cause she is gonna pay for her part 

so Uny if you can tell me what all she needs and throw in another colon cleanse for me (IF#1 #2)  and some cayenne powder we will get this done.

I do want to do the eyebright and get my eyes healed to boot here or at least much better than they are right now. gonna do this we just need a little shove in the right direction

so let me get this right

juice fasting for both of us

hot/cold applications for her

castor oil packs for me on the liver and her on the knee?

liver cleansing for me

superfood for  both of us

coffee enemas for me

cayenne/garlic/ech for both of us

am I on the right track here? if I am missing anything then just let me know cause I want to understand and get everything right

I am excited that she has agreed to do this with me and for herself ..

If only I could get my youngest to do it now.. ahhhhhhhh that would be great and hubby too!
