Those are awesome stories. Thank you. I would sit in the weekly meetings at work and not say a word. I would be pissed off about something, or ready to be. Grouchy, and slow thinking. Now I am relaxed even though my mind may be racing, I am cool, level headed. One good idea streams into the next. Never forgetful, and very alert.
