I also had harsh sores on my tongue with the master cleanse.
They finally went away after the cleanse and my tongue is nice and pink now and dose not hurt.
It was painful, your's sounds way worse. Sorry. that's what cleansing is about. One thing you could try is oil-swishing or maybe taking edible clay. It's soothing and takes the toxins out.
