Hi Everyone,
I really hope that you all will be able to help me with your knowledge. I tried grapefruit seed extract in May and my die off was very severe. I was not following a diet then but the more I read about it, the more I feel confused!!
Have any of you treated candida succesfully?
Is Grapefruit-Seed-Extract hard on liver?
How can you avoid constipation naturally while trying to get rid of candida?
I'll really appreciate your responses!!
