Hey LPN12345 I think you have replied to my posts before and I would just like to remind you if of threelac which is a really good probic which I have taken and also a diary drink sold in most stores called yakult. The threelac works really good becauase it makes it to the intestines while lots of cheaper probiotics die on their way down to the intestines. Also the Yakult is really good (I take 2 in the morning to start off my day) and commonly sold through out the world you should try it out! But if the probiotics you are taking are really working for you then dont worry about these, because these have done good for me but everyones different. Well Take care and God bless
