I am a "long" time member of the curezone community and i have been experiencing similar things, so i thought i'd share my thoughts with you.

As i see it the most of the sore throat is happening because of phlegm that is built up in your mucus system and that's a part of the detoxing process, it's purpose is to capture the bad guys and transport them out of your body  but it may happen that a lot of "good guys" aka anti-bodies also gets caught in it and the overwhelming procedure irritates your mucous lining.

See it as a good sign, the cleaning of pastimes.
