I have been struggling with alcoholism for 15 years. I drink pretty much every day, and I drink a lot (usually beer, at least 6 per night). I am a 5'2" female, so I think I drink a ton with respect to my size. I desperately want to quit drinking, and I am trying everything. I have done some research, and I believe that my poor body is probably seething with candida due to my drinking, and other bad habits that come with my drinking (eating crappy foods, smoking, not enough sleep, etc). I want to treat my candidiasis on this go-around of attempted sobriety (sober less than 24 hours). I believe it would help with alcohol cravings. I would really appreciate any guidance, knowledge, or experiences that anyone may have to share on this subject.
