thanks for the info in the article.

So if someone is type O (or a or b), is there anything they can do to help with their alkaline/acid balance or their low copper to help them survive...food items, herbs, alternative health protocols like cleansing or what.

I personally was just diagnosed with diabetes type 2 and was going vegan and a lot more raw..would this help or harm according to this article info.

would detoxing help? Or are we just doomed from the widespread prevalence of these copper depleting poisons?
