Thanks Ladies for all of the encouragement. Yes, I am still on Lexapro. We upped it to 20 mg. instead of 10. I feel more chilled out. Still have my 'moments'. esp. during and right before my cycle. I think the B Complex vitamin helps. I had a uterine biopsy after having bleeding for 18 days. Everything came back normal and consistent with a normal period. Hopefully that is all my 4 month crash will consist of. I don't have time for more B.S. right now. Trying to heal from the death of my husband 3 months ago. ugh. Keep chins up ladies. Hope all is well with everyone.
