Hi TigerLily. Good to hear from you. Did you get the book? If you want to do two combinations...go right ahead. Only you know what may be good for you! I started w/Rescue Remedy and added from there. So youre doing, at least, four drops 3-4 times a day, every single day? If you cant figure out what essence to add, it may take a little time, go ahead and add the Rescue Remedy to the Mimulus and see what happens. Have you figured what "type" you are?
