Hi, this is Lucifiel from Singapore. I was told by Molly that I might have acid reflux and so, I'd like to cure it.

When I haven't eaten enough food or get too hungry, this is what happens.

Symptoms:
- a certain area of the stomach hurts(somewhere near the waist line)
- lots of acid keeps coming up into my mouth
- can feel something strange with my mouth, possibly bacteria buildup and also, like there's acid eating away at my teeth?
- a few times, it got so bad, I think the acid burnt my throat.
- sometimes, I feel very sick and end up throwing up my food or just throw up acid which makes it even worse. And then, I come down with headaches or fever(yes, my immunity system is quite bad).
- taking yoghurt doesn't seem to help. In fact, it feels like my mouth tastes even more sour(possibly bacteria?) after eating it.

I'll be getting some dry kefir grains in about 1 to 2 weeks' time. And I've heard that it can cure acid reflux for good?

Anything I can try for now? Please do give specifications but not brands 'cos I live in Singapore and am reluctant to ship things from another country unless it's absolutely necessary.
