Hello,
Moreless, I don't have a clue what caused the skin on my feet to look so bad, be so dry, horribly itchy but the coconut oil solved that problem almost overnight!

I think maybe too much drying of the skin due to footbaths and any lotion I applied was too little too late.

At any rate, I took your advice. I moistened my feet with a bit of water, then applied coconut oil and put on a pair of white socks. Left socks on for several hours.

Dry skin all gone!

If only you had an overnight cure like this for the pain I suffer!

Note: some of the gals here gave some advice on my foot pain on a previous post. Suggestions made were to roll my foot over a pipe, a rolling pin or some small balls. I've tried that quite often. Like Refreshed mentioned that is extremely painful--I usually quit and don't wait as Refreshed did for it to slowly help diminish pain. My foot pain is 24/ and I sure don't like to add to it.

HOWEVER, I did want to mention...the best thing I have found to roll your foot on is a plastic bottle of water. Empty some of it out, then freeze it. Place towel on floor and roll your foot over this icy cold bottle. Also, it's nice to have another bottle filled with hot water and alternate them!

Thanks to all!
wuz

Edit answer by Moreless: The coconut Oil Buffers Acids and brings moisture into our skin.

You may have to rub the coconut oil on every nite until you have learned to Alkalize your Lymphatic Fluids enough to Stop the Acidity in your Feet?

Smile Tis your choice.
