Oh dear Rachel, our hearts ache along with yours. Thank goodness we have the joy of the knowledge that one day we will see them again.

Having lost a husband myself, I know it seems surreal at times. I hope you have loved ones that can be close to you. It really does help.

Remember your health during this period because many times we forget about ourselves as we go through the grieving process.

Thank you for thinking of this forum and sharing your very personal life with us. We only wish the best of health and life for you. :)
