Yes, I have been starting out slow. I can only get my grandma and mom take about 5 "0" sized capsules per drink and 1 tsp is 9 capsules. I know for sure that my mom will never even take 9 capsules, so 1 tablespoon is really out of the question unless I can get some recipes.

Right now, I think my grandma's gallstones is more more important because I think she is starting to get rid of the big ones. She had some nausea and stomach upset right after eating a salad with sunflower oil and vinegar. I gave her some more epsom salts to help pass it and she was able to eat some soup a few hours later.
