Hi there,

I'm still taking the probiotic now its called Inner Health Plus, it's similar to a lot of products on the market.

I did have terrible constipation and gas on occasion depending on what I ate. Through trial and error I pretty much ate food that was easily digestible. Red meat was the worst and seemed to sit in my stomach for days.
