Hi Rad,

Your question: so where do i get the powderd kelp cause all i have is capsules

Answer: If you have capsules and not Tablets, then the capsules have Powdered kelp in them and are ok to take the capsules!

But you need to learn what kind of powdered kelp is in the capsules you have, because some kinds of kelp may work better than others!
