Hi all!

Just a reminder:

Cleanses are NOT SAFE if one is deficient in the alkaline minerals needed to process the wastes released.

When one has replenished the alkaline minerals, avoided NPN in one's food and/or taken the appropriate sized pinch of ES with one's meals,

THEY ARE UNNECESSARY!!!!

Just stick around here and apply the Moreless protocol thoroughly.
