My metals panel was through the roof - my mercury and silver were at 70% with just a hair analysis. I only did Waiora Ziolite but it definitely rocked. That and charcoal, clay, loads of quality chlorella, getting my Amalgams out (do this or die, honestly) and pulsing bowel cleansing with Iodine and you're really getting somewhere.
