Just imagine the variety if one also adds decent quality fresh local sauteed veg to this!!!

Maybe I will get back to eating good quality eggs occasionally....

BTW, powdered seaweeds of various sort can be used to salt and/or thicken just about any dish. I use in home made stir-fry.
