I am so sorry to hear you've been feeling so bad. :( I had the one month crash, too, and my progesterone levels are still entirely too low. I am dependent on using progesterone cream!

Have you tried Nettle Leaf tea? I read it has a balancing effect on the hormones and am trying it myself!
