Hi. I am starting a 8 day fast. Today is only day 1. So far so good. I did a 3 day water only fast once before and it went well except for some light headedness. I wanted to try to do a 21 day fast, but day 9 will be interrupted bc of a birthday lunch. If I eat only that one meal and then resume the water fast, will I be starting all over again? or will the body just go back into the fasting mode? I am aiming for 21 days bc thats when I have a wedding to go to! Thanks!
