Continuing my self urine therapy for my heart,I reduced my dosage from 1/4-1/2 cup to the amount I could fit in a few palm-fuls and found that after a few days, the usual symptoms of painful palpitations began to return. So now I am back to 1/4-1/2 cup and feel fine. I am convinced that the urine is necessary but omega three suppementation is also necessary.
