I am trying to lose a few pounds before winter comes, as we all know thats when most of us gain our "winter weight" and it becomes all the more harder come next summer to get fit again. I have done 2 other Water Fasts before both were only 5 days though, and one other juice fast for 10 days. I am hoping to do this Water Fast for about 14 days if i can, however, i was considering the use of an ephedra based supplement such as fire starter, or ECA, etc. I have heard several good and bad things about ephedra products. I have no intentions of doing strenuous workouts etc. while on my fast, so i dont think id be at a great risk for heart attack etc. if anyone has any experience or just general info on using ephedra while fasting i would really appreciate it. Thanks.
