Hi Ya'll,
There seems to be much mis-understanding about our digestion system and the Different pH factors of our body?
For a Healthy body we need our Lymphatic Fluids more to the Alkaline side!
This means everything our Bones and Tissues and Organs are floating in needs to be more Alkaline, otherwise these shall break down and Disolve and we shall Die!
We may have only one area of our body which must have the ability to become Acidic or release Acids upon Demand!
This area is our stomach where certain foods or ingredients of our food we eat start their break down with Acids!
These may be the Proteins, Fibers, Alkaline Minerals and anything which an Acid can break down.
The Fats, Oils, and Acids must have Alkaline Minerals to react with to cause their break down and release of Energy!
Now back to the question of Acid production:
How does our body produce this stomach Acid on Demand?
What is this Stomach Acid made of mainly?
1st the Stomach Acid is mainly HCL or Hydrochloric Acid!
This is basically Hydrogen and Chlorine, which the Chlorine comes from foods made up with Potassium and Sodium Chloride!
The Hydrogen may come from any carbohydrate, from Simple to Complexed Carbohydrates and anything bound together with Hydrogen!!
What this all means is that we must eat Complete Complexed Top Quality High Brix foods, which contain all the needed Alkaline Minerals, needed bound Acids and Fats and Oils and anything else that a Top Quality foods contains!
Why is this so?
When stomach Acid is produced by the Organs of our body, which do the producing upon Demand for the Stomach, How do we think this is accomplished?
With the break down of our foods the Hydrogen combines with the Chlorides which was bound with Sodium and Potassium!
This means as the Sodium and Potassium give up the Chlorides to form HCL, the Sodium and Potassium Energy may be used by our Adrenal Glands to regulate the rest of our body functions!
Some of this Sodium and Potassium may find it's way to our Blood.
Here-in lays the Mystery!
Our stomach must have plenty of Acid production upon Demand to break down the foods we eat to cause the needed Release of Energy from everything which will Release it's Energy by the action of an Acid!
Yet, this cannot take place without all of the needed Alkaline Minerals and Live Carbons!
These include Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium, Potassium, Iron, Zinc, Copper, Manganese and the rest of the Alkaline Minerals, etc!
Why is this so?
Last I checked out HCL it was an Acid in Liquid form and if it has a pH of 0.05-1 or so, like it should when released into the stomach, this will eat up the body tissues if it is spilled on our skin! So, if we ingested HCL of this strength it would Burn our mouth and throat etc as it went down!
So, How does our stomach prevent this HCL from burning a Hole thru the stomach walls?
It is called Mucus protection to the walls of the stomach.
We can know our Lymphatic Fluids are too Acidic when we have mucus build up in our head and other areas of our body besides just our stomach!
Thus we must eat foods that have the Chlorides bound with Calcium, Sodium and Potassium, which in this form it may be more of a Neutral media, which does not Burn our mouth or other tissues of our body!
Yep, that is correct: Calcium may also be bound with Chlorides in the form of Calcium Chloride, but mainly we may find Sodium and Potassium bound with the chloride!
The only safe way to increase our stomach Acid production is supply our body with ALL the needed ALkaline Minerals and Live Carbons, which then may properly release the bound Alkaline Minerals to rebuild our body cells and tissues, while sending the Chloride to be joined with the Hydrogen and form HCL!
Something I learned years ago, which most folks cannot understand and do not know is that an increase of Calcium may cause the media to become more Acidic under certain conditions!
A shortage of calcium may cause the pH to raise on the other hand!
The normal thinking may be that because Calcium is an Alkaline Mineral it should raise the pH?
This is not always the case for the media in concern!
This is one of the Great Mysteries most folks Never figure out!
As usual not everything may be as it may first seem to be!
The Bottom line is that if we are short of Calcium or any of the other needed Alkaline Minerals this shall cause a Loss of stomach Acid production in the long run!
The Wise of the World are confounded by the Simple things of the Lord!
Cause and Effect!
Choose Life or Death this Day!
Smile Tis your choice.
