I really don't like seeing the Google ads next to my posts of advertisements promoting doctors and hospice in my area. Is my zipcode involved. Are they reading my ISP address?

It really creeps me out.

Edit: Not just doctors....cancer doctors. Are these google ads scanning my personal posts?
