Since about one week now, all of a sudden, in the evening hours, I would feel such pressure on my feet and when I tried moving them around it was impossible because they were so swollen.

Now, since a few days ago my feet, ankles and legs are swollen most of the day into the night. They look awful. I took about 2 full teaspoons of cayenne pepper and it helped some.

Don't know what it's from - my BP has been on the high side also.

Do you have any idea what this would be from and what the best solution or remedy might be - I know cayenne is great for you but I find it hard to take more than twice a day - I use the powder itself.

Thanks for any ideas or guidance.
