Hi Moreless,

I'm not sure if you are suggesting the baker's yeast for my grandma's digestion or if it would be a better substitute for white mushrooms?

Also, if I want to start out less, should I just use say, a pinch in some warm water to start?

I have read through the posts about yeast, but only found info regarding digestion.
