I've been taking Flora Garden from Mountain Mist Botanicals, it is in powder form. Pretty good but I have gotten choked on the powder. I'm going to switch to Gr8-Dophilus from Now Foods, it had alot on positive reviews on iherb.com. I tried taking an enzyme but quit. It could have been just that brand but it actually made everything worse!
