Hi,

That's a very good point and something I'm still wary of. Its only early days yet and has been about a month.

I am slowly trying different foods in small doses and waiting to see if there is any effect the next day.

So far so good :) I'm feeling a lot better internally so am confident this is not a temporary fix.

I travel frequently and am enjoying not having any snide remarks from other airline passengers :)

I'm yet to have a drink, have been saving a nice bottle of wine which I plan to crack after I'm given the all clear at my next appointment.
