If I may...
Research anything suggested to you. Need to state the obvious, but need to state it.
Am sure you have learned a litany of things to avoid. Near the top of the list should be acetaminophen. Research would indicate why, but it is one of those things that can exacerbate this condition quickly.
Some things I would look at, and cross check please, are-
milk thistle (rebuilder)
coenzymeQ10 (rebuilder)
MSM (rebuilder)
Omega-3 (and being a male, would look at Udo's Choice which contains Omegas-3-6-9) (aids in removal of fatty tissue cell buildup which can lead to scarring, aka cirrosis)
Liddell's HGH (sublingual spray, and will definitely raise eyebrows and spawn debate, but it was central to hepatic care here)
And of course high fiber diet, but that is a given.
I hope other smarter people here will ring in on the Liver Cleansing aspect of this. This question just happens to resonate with us. The above are things we have learned and adopted over the years, and they are rebuilders at the cellular level, and Omegas work to prevent fatty liver syndrome.
Do you have blood levels checked? Happen to know what your Alk Phos levels is by chance which provides some sense of the hepatic portal and vena cava health?
