thank you, I do like my leafy greens, that is a daily staple.

So am I getting this right - calcium binds to fluoride? I have been discussing a bit with Uniquity over in her forum the idea of doing some more cleansing, particularly bowel. I think they are more into Schulze methods and making sure you're good and open before detoxing anything. Maybe my pathways still aren't clear enough, though I'm surprised.

I've never done a kidney cleanse, and I know I don't sweat enough. I've worked a lot on the bowel and liver, but it still ain't right.
